Accord solicitors was founded by James Manna, a dual qualified solicitor in England and Wales and a New York attorney (USA).
James undertook training at a former silver circle law firm in London, King & Wood Mallesons (formerly SJ Berwin), specialising in financial services regulation. He previously worked in the Enforcement Division at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and held senior management positions at FCA regulated financial institutions, including responsibility for compliance, legal matters and AML at a London based fund manager, amongst other senior legal and compliance roles.
Accord Solicitors’ deep sectoral knowledge in financial services is deployed in a claims department for persons who have suffered loss from fraudulent or negligent services in relation to financial services or products, these include mis-selling, negligent advice, and other claims resulting in loss.
